Purpose:
At TruRight Services, our Licensed Plumbers are one of the backbones of our commitment to excellence. As a Licensed Plumber, you will install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes. This role requires working independently or with a a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead jobs, crews, and projects, including mentoring apprentice plumbers.

  • Install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes.

  • Identify and resolve safety issues related to installations, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

  • Interpret blueprints, follow instructions from supervisors and contractors, and complete necessary quality control documentation.

  • Make on-the-spot decisions to maintain work quality and minimize disruption to the business.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience.

  • Valid residential or journeyman plumbing license issued by a State Board of Plumbing.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.​

  • Interpret blueprints, follow instructions from supervisors and contractors, and complete necessary quality control documentation.

  • Valid journeyman or master electrician license issued by a State Board of Electrical Examiners.

This role requires working independently or with a team with minimal supervision.

  • Conduct site evaluations to determine the best placement for septic systems.

  • Identify and resolve safety issues related to septic installations, ensuring all necessary precautions are taken.

  • Interpret blueprints, follow instructions from supervisors and contractors, and complete necessary quality control documentation.

  • Make on-the-spot decisions to maintain work quality and minimize disruption to the business.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in septic system installation and maintenance.

  • Valid septic installer license (if required by the state).

  • Valid driver's license.
